Terms and conditions
ExpertComply ("ExpertComply", "we", "us", "our") is a software service provided by Threat Expert Cyber Solutions, C/O Loonkarab Dayama, Sandwa Parewara Road, near Community Health Centre Sandwa, Sandwa, District Churu, Rajasthan 331517, India. You can reach us at [email protected].
These terms apply to the ExpertComply website (expertcomply.com), the ExpertComply portal (app.expertcomply.com) and every product in it, including GRC and VAPT (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, starting a trial or paying for a plan, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent ("you", "Customer").
1. Accounts
- You must give accurate details when you sign up and keep them up to date. We verify your email address (or mobile number) with a one-time code before the account is created.
- You are responsible for everything done under your account and for keeping passwords and two-step sign-in codes safe. Tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone else has access.
- The account owner can add people from the organisation and decide what each person may see and do.
2. Free trials
New organisations may receive a free trial. When a trial ends, the workspace becomes read-only for a limited time and then locked until you choose a paid plan. We may change or end trial offers at any time.
3. Plans, prices and payment
- Prices are shown in Indian rupees (INR) and exclude Goods and Services Tax (GST), which is added at the applicable rate.
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled. One-time purchases (such as a single scan or an expert-verified report) are billed once.
- Payments are processed by our payment partner Razorpay. We do not store your full card, UPI or bank details.
- If a renewal payment fails, we may give a short grace period, then limit the workspace to read-only and later suspend it until payment is made.
- We may change prices for future billing periods. We will tell you before a change affects your next renewal.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from Plan & billing; the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid. Refunds are covered by our Refund and cancellation policy.
5. Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.
- Security testing (VAPT): you may only scan websites, applications, code and systems that you own or have written permission to test. You are responsible for getting that permission. We may suspend scanning that appears to target systems without authorisation.
- Do not try to break, overload, reverse engineer or get around the security of the Service, access other customers' data, or resell the Service without our written agreement.
6. Your data
You keep ownership of everything your organisation puts into the Service ("Customer Data"). You give us permission to store and process Customer Data only to provide, secure and support the Service. GRC and VAPT keep their data separate. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy policy.
7. Our content and guidance
Framework checklists, law summaries, policy templates, assessment templates, advisor answers and VAPT findings are guidance to help you. They are not legal advice, an audit opinion or a certification, and they do not guarantee that you are compliant or free of vulnerabilities. AI-generated answers and fix prompts can be wrong: review them before you rely on them. Policy and assessment templates you adopt may be edited and used inside your organisation.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or remove features. If we remove a major feature you pay for, we will tell you in advance.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used unlawfully, or puts the Service or other customers at risk. After an account closes or a subscription ends, Customer Data may be deleted after the retention period shown in your account. Export anything you need before then.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Churu, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell account owners by email or in the portal before it takes effect.
